The store reports the sale. 4. The store pays a commission, and it goes into your Tenmomo balance. Each store and category has its own rate. You always see the rate before you click.

Yes. There is no membership fee, no subscription and no minimum spend. You need a free Tenmomo account so we can give the cashback to you. Withdraw when your withdrawable cashback reaches $5. Most cashback sites keep part of the commission. Tenmomo does not (see "How does Tenmomo make money?" below).

We make no money on the cashback. All of the commission you see on the store page goes into your Tenmomo balance. Our money comes from ad fees. Stores pay us for featured placement and promoted deals. The cashback rate you see is 100% yours.

Your cashback shows as "pending" when the store reports the sale. That is usually within a few days. It changes to "confirmed" when the store confirms the order. That usually takes 30 to 90 days. Withdraw once paid to us and reconciled. Is your pending cashback still missing after a few days? Contact us and we file a missing-cashback claim for you.
