Cashback is a percentage of your purchase that gets paid back to you when you shop through an affiliate link. The flow: (1) you click a Tenmomo link before checking out, which sets an affiliate tracking cookie in your browser, (2) you complete your purchase normally on the merchant's site, (3) the merchant reports the sale to its affiliate network (CJ, Awin, Impact, or Rakuten), and (4) the network pays a commission, which lands in your Tenmomo balance. The commission rate varies by store and category — you'll always see the rate before you click out.

Yes. No membership fee, no subscription, no minimum spend. You only need a free Tenmomo account so we can credit cashback to you. Withdrawals require a $5 minimum balance. Most cashback sites take a cut of the affiliate commission as their margin — Tenmomo doesn't (see "How does Tenmomo make money?" below).

We don't make money on the cashback itself — every penny of the affiliate commission you see on the store page lands in your Tenmomo balance. Our revenue comes from advertising fees that merchants pay us for featured placement and promoted deals. The cashback rate you see is always 100% yours.

Cashback typically becomes "pending" within hours to days of your purchase, then gets "confirmed" once the merchant verifies the sale — usually 30 to 90 days, depending on the store's return window. Once confirmed, you can withdraw immediately. If pending cashback doesn't appear within a few days, contact us and we'll file a missing-cashback claim with the affiliate network on your behalf.

From your dashboard, request a withdrawal once your confirmed cashback reaches $5. The current payout method is PayPal; bank transfer and gift cards are on the roadmap. You can also convert your cashback into AI credits to use at Tenmomo.ai instead of withdrawing.

Yes for sale prices and most public coupon codes — cashback applies to the final price you pay (excluding taxes and shipping). Some codes (especially exclusive influencer codes or bulk-discount codes) break affiliate tracking and disqualify cashback; the merchant decides which codes break tracking. Tenmomo only lists coupons confirmed to be cashback-compatible — when in doubt, use a code from our deal feed.

It happens — affiliate tracking depends on cookies, and a lot of things can break it: ad blockers, content blockers, antivirus extensions, browsers blocking third-party cookies, going through another site after clicking our link, or paying with gift cards or store credit. If your purchase didn't track, file a missing-cashback claim from your dashboard within 30 days. We submit it to the affiliate network with your order details — most claims resolve within a few weeks.

Yes. Tenmomo runs a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes 7 tools — search_stores, get_store_details, get_deals, list_categories, get_stores_by_category, get_activation_url, and activate_cashback — so an AI agent like Claude can find the best cashback rate, generate a tracked link, and activate cashback on your behalf. We also have a public REST API for programmatic access, and you can spend cashback as AI credits at Tenmomo.ai through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

Yes. Tenmomo is a U.S.-based cashback site co-founded by Will Song, partnering directly with the four major affiliate networks: CJ, Awin, Impact, and Rakuten. Every cashback credit ties to a real network commission — we can't credit you unless the merchant actually pays the network. We process withdrawals through audited rails like PayPal, don't sell or share your shopping data, and let you delete your account and data any time from the dashboard.
