Complete your purchase as normal, and the cashback will be credited to your Tenmomo account once the transaction is confirmed by the store.
How long does cashback take to appear?
Cashback typically appears in your account as "pending" within 24–72 hours of your purchase. It then moves to "confirmed" status once the retailer validates the transaction, which can take anywhere from 30 to 90 days depending on the store's return policy and processing times.
Why is my cashback still pending?
Pending cashback means the retailer hasn't confirmed the transaction yet. Stores typically need to wait until the return window closes before approving commissions. If your cashback has been pending for more than 90 days, please contact our support team and we'll investigate on your behalf.
Can I use a coupon code and earn cashback at the same time?
In most cases, yes! You can apply a coupon code at checkout while still earning cashback through Tenmomo. However, some stores may exclude certain promotions from cashback eligibility. Always check the deal details for any restrictions before purchasing.
