Do returning customers get the 20% cashback?
Yes. The 20% rate has no new-customer restriction, so every completed, non-returned order tracked through Tenmomo earns 20% — whether it's your first or fifth purchase at Hey Joanie. Hey Joanie's own promotions have sometimes been limited to a first order; the cashback itself never is.
When will my cashback appear?
Tracking is confirmed per transaction. The cashback first shows as “pending” in your Tenmomo account, then moves to “confirmed” after Hey Joanie's return window closes. The exact validation timeline will be published here once the network confirms it. If you don't see a pending transaction within a few business days, contact Tenmomo support with your order number.
What if I have a browser extension like Honey installed?
Cashback browser extensions can overwrite the Awin tracking set by Tenmomo's link. If that happens, the commission gets redirected and Tenmomo can't pay you cashback. Disable any cashback or coupon extension for the Hey Joanie session, then re-enable it afterward. There is no code to apply here, so an extension buys you nothing and can cost you the 20%.
