What we asked CJ, and why the old copy could not stay
The check is a direct query to the affiliate network, not a reading of our own cached data: we ask CJ whether we hold a live programme with this merchant, and we get back nothing on both the joined-programme list and a link search. That is what lets us say the programme ended rather than that our data is stale.
Rather than carry the June claims forward under today’s date, we removed them. A verified date has to mean the whole page was verified, otherwise it is decoration.
The page stays live at this address on purpose. A URL people already reach is worth keeping even when the answer it gives is “not here, not right now”, and taking it down would leave that question answered by whoever ranks next.
