The zero was read from the programme record itself, not inferred from a rate going missing somewhere, and not copied from a coupon directory. A nil rate rendered in the place a rate normally goes still reads like an offer, and it is not one. A fresh date on an old claim is a false claim, which is why the un-rechecked figures are gone instead of re-dated. The promo codes are off for the same reason plus one more: some appear in the affiliate feed, but we have not tested them on WhereLight's site, and listing codes under this headline would blur the one thing this page exists to say clearly.
