How each of these was read
Wildly Organic's new-customer offer, as this page has carried it, is 10% off plus free shipping for signing up at wildlyorganic.com. On the re-read behind the current date we could not see it: the signup offer is served by the site's email pop-up, so it never enters the page markup, so the string is not in what wildlyorganic.com sends. That is not the same as the offer being withdrawn, and we have neither refreshed it nor removed it. The same site lists free shipping on orders $49+ and a rewards program earning discounts and free products — cashback applies on top of any active sale price. The 5% cashback rate on this page comes straight from Wildly Organic, LLC's official affiliate program feed, not a third-party estimate. New Year wellness resets, spring pantry refreshes, and year-end holiday baking periods are common moments for deeper discounts on organic staples. This page reflects only what's confirmed in the official program feed.
ORDERING TERMS
Shipping, returns and the three price tiers behind them
Wildly Organic runs three customer tiers, and each one has its own free-shipping line: $49 for retail, $300 for wholesale, $400 for the buying club. Retail orders under $49 pay a $10 flat ground fee, so on a small pantry order the shipping can outweigh the 5% cashback several times over. Free and flat-rate ground shipping is limited to the lower 48 states, and shipping charges are not refunded once an order has shipped.
Returns are narrower than the shipping terms are generous, because this is food. Opened, perishable and used products cannot be returned at all. Unopened items can go back within 30 days at your expense, and a 20% restocking fee may be applied. A defective item needs a return authorisation number first; without one it is discarded, not credited.
Cashback is paid on what you keep. A refunded order reverses the commission behind it, so it earns nothing.
Wildly Organic's own wording, read on the verification date
Retail shipping. "Free Ground Shipping applies to retail orders over $49"; "$10 Flat-rate Ground Shipping applies to retail orders under $49". The footnote that governs all three tiers: "Free and flat-rate shipping options apply to retail customers in the lower 48 states, continental U.S. only. We do not refund shipping charges once an order has shipped."
The other two tiers. Wholesale: free ground over $300, "$20 Flat-rate Ground Shipping applies to wholesale orders under $300 and over the $150 order minimum". Buying club: free ground over $400, $20 flat under $400 and over a $300 minimum. Wholesale pricing needs an application — "Your Resale Tax ID number or Seller's Permit number and certificate are required" — and the prices only appear once you are logged in.
Dispatch and carriers. "Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days following receipt of your order." Wildly Organic ships from Minnesota, uses FedEx for the continental U.S. and USPS Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, and states that USPS orders have to be placed by phone. It does not ship to P.O. Boxes. An order heavy enough to exceed the ground weight limit draws a surcharge for a semi-truck-with-liftgate delivery, quoted and paid before the order moves.
Returns. "Wildly Organic is unable to replace, exchange or credit for an open, perishable, and/or used product." On unopened goods: "you may return remaining unopened products to Wildly Organic within 30 days of order and at the customers' expense. You may be assessed a 20% restocking fee for this service." On defects: contact within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization number, because "Products returned without an RMA number will be discarded without reimbursement."
Two edges worth knowing before you order. Wildly Organic says "color, clarity, flavor, and aroma may vary by product" and that this "does not constitute damage" — so a jar that looks different from the last one is not a return. And on parcels the courier has scanned as delivered: "We do not offer refunds for orders that have been marked as 'delivered' by the courier", though the site says it reships when tracking shows the order never arrived.
Allergen statement. "Our products are packaged and processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts (never peanuts) and other allergens."

THE LOYALTY LADDER
Wildly Organic runs its own points program, and it is not cashback
Points are earned per dollar and spent on store credit and discounts, which means they are worth something only on your next Wildly Organic order. Cashback is money out of the merchant's commission and into your Tenmomo balance, so it is not tied to shopping there again. They are separate mechanisms, and nothing on either side says one cancels the other.
We have not tested whether a points-funded discount changes the order value affiliate reports, so we are not going to tell you the two combine cleanly. If that matters to your order, treat it as unknown.
What the ladder pays, as published
Earning, per the rewards page: 5 points for each $1 spent on every order; 200 points for creating an account; 100 points each for sharing the site on Facebook, liking the Facebook page, following on Instagram, and on your birthday. A referral pays $10 off orders of $25+ to both sides once the referred friend buys.
Spending: 750 points for 10% off an order, 1,000 for a free 10-oz jar of chocolate syrup, 1,500 for $15 off an order of $30+, and 2,000 for 20% off an order.
The rewards page also carried a temporary uplift to the referral offer on the date we read it. We have deliberately not published that one: it is announced as limited-time with no end date attached, which is the shape of claim that is still sitting on a page long after it stopped being true.
WHAT THE CATALOGUE IS
A single-origin pantry shop, not a supplement store
Wildly Organic sells whole-food pantry staples: coconut oil and coconut products, cacao, cooking oils, gluten-free flours, natural sweeteners, nuts and seeds, dried fruit, popcorn, rice and grains, seasonings, vegan products, and a small bath-and-body line. The basket shape that follows from that is bulk and repeat, which is where a standing 5% and a $49 free-shipping line matter more than any one sale price.
The wholesale and buying-club tiers exist for exactly that basket. Below the $150 wholesale minimum they are irrelevant; above it they change the price before cashback is calculated.
How the store is organised, and where the company sits
The storefront navigation lists thirteen product families and separates a recipe and blog section from them, which is a fair description of the business: an ingredients supplier that publishes recipes to sell ingredients. Wildly Organic operates from Silver Bay, Minnesota, and ships its own orders instead of routing them through a marketplace — the same reason its shipping terms are as specific as they are about carriers and weight limits.
For a shopper the practical read is that this is a restocking merchant. A pantry order placed twice a year at the retail tier earns 5% each time with no code, no membership and no minimum on the cashback itself; the minimums on this page are Wildly Organic's, and they govern shipping and pricing, and none of them touches what we pay.
