This is a safety-footwear shop, not a nursing brand. The range is steel toe, composite toe and slip resistant work shoes, so check your employer's dress code before assuming a work boot passes. No shipping threshold is published on the front page.

The best time to buy scrubs is in May, and it is not close

National Nurses Week runs May 6 to 12 every year. The American Nurses Association set those as permanent dates rather than a floating week, which is why brands can plan a sale around them and do. In 2026 FIGS discounted 20% with no code and no ID check, which is more than its student rate and available to anyone. Jaanuu went to 25% sitewide for the same seven days. allheart ran up to 20%. Compare that with the offers we checked on September 1, 2026, going into the Labor Day weekend: 20% at one multi-brand retailer with a code, 15% at a shoe shop, and nothing at all sitewide from FIGS. If your scrubs can last until spring, they should. ^{12

Who you are is worth more than when you buy

Three of the sellers here run permanent verification discounts, and they are worth roughly what a good sale is worth. FIGS gives 15% to students and 15% to military, both handled through ID.me at checkout rather than a code you have to find. Uniform Advantage runs student verification through the same service at 15%. Jaanuu advertises 15% for students. The practical consequence is that a nursing student almost never needs to wait for a sale, and should check whether the discount stacks before assuming a promotional code is the better deal. Embroidery turns a returnable garment into a final sale

This is the expensive mistake in this category. FIGS takes returns within 30 days for a refund and gives US customers 60 days for store credit, but states that embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. allheart excludes personalised items from its free returns. Most scrubs retailers offer to put your name or your unit on the chest at the point of sale, which is precisely the moment you have not yet worn the garment for a twelve-hour shift. Order plain, wear it, confirm the fit, then buy the embroidered ones. ^{4

Brand-direct is not automatically the cheaper way to buy a brand

Cherokee sells Cherokee, and so do allheart and Uniform Advantage. When we checked on September 1, 2026, buying direct from Cherokee meant a $79 free-shipping threshold and no code, while Uniform Advantage carried the same brand with a 20% sitewide code running. Brand-direct wins on range: you get every colour rather than whatever the reseller stocked, which matters if your unit mandates a specific one. It does not reliably win on price. Free shipping thresholds are a real cost on a $30 garment

The thresholds are not the same and the difference is large relative to what scrubs cost. FIGS and Jaanuu ship free over $50 and take free returns. allheart and Cherokee both set theirs at $79. Noel Asmar, a spa-uniform brand with a medical scrubs line, sets it at $99. If you are replacing one worn-out top rather than buying a full set, the site with the lowest sticker price can easily lose to the site with the lower threshold. ^{5

Most scrubs guides stop at the clothes. Hospital dress codes usually specify slip resistance rather than a brand, and scrubs retailers price nursing clogs like fashion. Maven Safety Shoes sells slip-resistant work shoes and boots. It is a safety-footwear shop rather than a healthcare brand, so read your own dress code before buying a work boot. But if the requirement is slip resistance and a closed toe, this is the cheaper aisle. ¹⁰

If a scrubs retailer offers you a card at checkout, it is not on this page because we could not find one to check.

What we don't cover

Black Friday. Scrubs guides assert it every year, but we could not find one dated, checkable source for a scrubs retailer's Black Friday discount, so we did not write the window. Nurses Week we could source, and did.
Scrubs & Beyond. It is one of the largest sellers in this category and its site refused our checks on September 1, 2026, so it is not in the table.
Amazon and Walmart. Both sell cheap scrubs and neither publishes a policy or price we could read and quote, so we left them out rather than describing them from memory.
Credit cards. None of these sellers runs a store card we could find, and we have no card-rules database, so the card question above is answered with nothing rather than a guess.
Whether a promo code stacks with a student discount. None of these sites states it either way and we did not test a checkout.
Other cashback portals. We do not track what a competing portal pays on scrubs, so we cannot tell you whether one of them beats zero here.
Fabric and durability claims. We have not tested any of these garments, and we do not repeat manufacturer claims about antimicrobial or fluid-resistant fabric.
Hospital and group programmes. Many employers have negotiated uniform pricing that beats every number here. Ask before you pay retail.
